The Luxury Chalet Mauthner Alm guarantees a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The brand new chalet has a very high level of finish and was completed in 2021. The house can accommodate 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The large private garden is situated on the south.
The spacious, bright living room with a comfortable seating area invites you to enjoy the view, read or watch Netflix. The luxury open kitchen is fully equipped and offers all possibilities for extensive cooking or raising a glass.
Fun for everyone
The chalet is suitable for a family, several couples or a group of friends. The four bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The house also offers every comfort for babies and small children, such as the presence of a free baby cot and high chair. As a guest you also have free access to a washing machine and dryer. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and large private garden where children can play safely.

Kötschach-Mauthen is situated between the Gailtal and Carnic Alps. Kötschach is a paradise for cyclists, mountaineers, rafters and other sports enthusiasts. But you can also go here for a less active holiday. The village is known for its restaurants with tasty dishes and is the first Slow Food region in the world. You will find many dining options here.
For winter sports fanatics, Kötschach-Mauthen offers an optimal environment. A small family ski area next to the chalet and yet close to the top ski area Nassfeld. A free ski bus connects the areas perfectly!
